Seeding, Fertilizing, Weed Control Services
Want to have that luch green lawn? let us make a specific plan for your lawn to keep it looking its best with seeding patchy or blad areas, keep the grass full and heathly with fertilizer, full lawn weed control and spot and crack weeds.
Spring & Fall Clean Up, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning
We can get your your property back up and being the envy of the neighborhood. Clear leaves, trim bushes, pick up debris and dispose of it all. Whole house power washing, spot washing, and concrete washing. If those gutters need cleaned we got you covered

Snow Plowing
Nothing is to small and nothing is to big, your avrage 2 car drive way is 40.00 and up (our minium charge is 40.00). We will contact customer and let them know the price before services are performed ( please dont hesitate to call anytime durning a storm 9 times out of 10 we are out plowing 785-224-1700)
Hand Shoveling Walks And Stairs
If we cant get it with our plows we are not scared to grab a shovel and clear any area that requires it.
Rock Salt, Ice Melt
We offer rock salt which is good down to 15 degrees, and ice melt that is good down to -15 degrees. We can do entire drive ways, walk ways and stairs.

Mowing
Professional lawn mowing service for a sharp and clean lawn. That will include mowing, trimming, and blowing all clippings left on walks and drives.
Fall & Spring Clean Up
Clear all trash and debris from property, blow out all leaves, trim and prune bushes clear out any overgrouth and haul it all away for a fresh clean look.
Field Mowing, Homeless Camp Clean Up,
Clear large overgrown feilds, Here latley we have been doing more and more homeless camp clean ups. Its not a fun thing to talk about but we go in and if it is inhabited we give them time to collect there stuff before we proceed. after everbody is clear we proceed and get it back to the way it was prior.

Snow Plowing / Shoveling
90% of our commerical customers have their plow contract set up for a 2" tiggers to initiate plowing services that include clearing walks. 10% of our commerical customers have the plow contract set for a 1" tigger to initiate plowing services That include clearing walks. Either way we can set up a plow contract that will cover all your needs.
Ice Control
As of this moment we offer two different options of salt. Rock salt which is good down to 15 degrees. Ice melt which is good down to -15 degrees.

Need those trees trimmed or canopys brought up we can do that.
Land Clearing, Trail Creation, Forestry Mulching
we can all out clear your land, or we can cut trails in your property so you can fit atv,utv, or full size trucks. we do most of this with our forestry disc mulcher.
Tree, Plants & Rock, Mulch Landscaping
Need old dead trees or plants removed? we can replaced them with the same trees or plants, or a different style all together we will cordinate a plan with customer and offer a few of our recommendations to get it looking good as new.

Gravel, Asphalt Millings, Dirt & Mulch Delivery
We Can haul 7 tons of rock, asphalt millings, dirt, mulch and deliver it
Spread Gravel, Asphalt Millings, Dirt
We can spread fresh gravel or asphalt millings on your driveway or parking area. Spread dirt where it is needed (we usally charge 1500 a day for a operator and skid steer with attachments for 8 hours)
Property Managment & Clean Outs
have a residential or commerical property and dont want to deal with all the issues with selling or renting? we will do that for you. We can clean and prep property do all the required maintenance to get it ready for market or for rent and be the tenats point of contact.
